No refined sugar , No maida Healthier Brownies which are super soft, decadent and moist. Made with clean ingredients , the recipe is very easy to make. RECIPE - 25 pitted dates 1.25 cup hot milk Let this soak for sometime and blend it to fine puree. Add in 1/2 cup olive oil. Now sieve in - 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1 cup wholewheat flour Mix everything well and add to a lined baking tin. Top it up with chopped walnuts and chocolate chunks. Bake at 180 C for 25 mins or until done.
