ŞEKERPARE DESERT • 4 cups of flour • 1 cup - 200 ml. • 3/4 cup (5 tablespoon) of semolina • 1 cup of powdered sugar • 1 pack of baking powder • 1 pack of of vanilla • Make a well in the middle of the flour • 1 egg yolk and 2 egg White • 200 grams of butter or margarine (soft) • start kneading the dough • put the dough on the table • and continue kneading the dough • divide the dough into 23-24 equal parts • make 23-24 dough balls and press them lightly • Arrange the dough balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper • From which country do you watch my videos? • I am very curious • Could you please write me in the comments? • 1 egg yolk • Brush the tops of the dough balls with egg yolk • Shape the tops of the dough balls with a fork or ... • hazelnuts • Place 1 hazelnut on each dough • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (360 F).
