preaparation time - 45 minutes serving - 5 ingredients *cooking oil - 1 table spoon *potato - 1 *peas-1/4th cup *soya chunks - 1/4th cup *corns- 1/4th cup *corn flour - 1 tea spoon *garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon salt - 2 tea spoon *paneer - 200 grams *cashwes - 8 *green chillies-2 mint leaves method *for kababs grate 1 potato,mash 1/4th cup of boiled peas, grind 1/4th cup of soaked soya chunks, grind 1/4th cup of boiled corns,add 1 tea spoon corn flour,1tea spoon garam masala powder,1 tea Red chilli powder,1 tea spoon salt mix everything together and give a shape of kababs.now heat a non stick tawa shallow fry the kababs until gets crispy brown. for mint spread grind 200 grams of paneer, 8 cashwes, 2 green chilies,mint leaves,1 tea spoon salt and a little water to balance the consistency of spread. now take a leftover roti or paratha apply the mint spread in a centre and place one kabab, garnish with your favourite salad, roll it up and enjoy.
