Refrigerator Organization, Minimal Life

Refrigerator Organization, Minimal Life

I had a time when I pack filled my fridge with groceries. As goes for anything, when there are too many things, you forget where everything is and end up throwing them out as they go bad. Here, I can't go to a supermarket right in front of my home, nor buy everything as needed for each day while going to work, but I try to maintain a state of just enough going to the groceries once or twice a week. I do aim for a minimal lifestyle, but the refrigerator doesn't seem much minimalistic. We even had to buy a separate kimchi fridge to store all the dried goods and spices from Korea, but because the family solves nearly all meals with home-cooked meals and packed lunches, and because of my kids that are at the age to be eating well, I don't have any intention to empty out the refrigerator. Rather than emptying the fridge, I want it to be well-organized and kept to reduce the time spent in the kitchen. I wanted to share my organization methods for each fridge shelf, but I ran out of time. If I get a change, I will try to prepare a more detailed video on my refrigerator.
