In Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Kraven the Hunter captures Dr. Curt Connors (the Lizard's human form) and injects him with a **high dose of Lizard serum**. This is a specially formulated version of the mutagenic serum originally developed by Connors to regenerate his lost arm using reptile DNA. In the game, Kraven uses it to forcibly transform Connors back into the Lizard, making him grow uncontrollably larger and more aggressive to create a "worthy hunt."
