Kadhai Paneer || Special Kadhai paneer recipe || No Onion No Garlic || Restaurant style paneer sabzi

Hare Krishna Welcome back to Radha Rani Kitchen !! Today we are going to make Kadhai Paneer special recipe :) Ingredients: 200g paneer (cut into cubes) 4 medium tomatoes (pureed) & 4 tomato diced 2 tomato sliced 1 medium capsicum (diced) 2 tbsp ghee or oil Kitchen King masala 1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tbsp fresh cream (optional) 1/4 cup water Salt to taste Fresh coriander for garnishing For Kadhai Masala: 1 tsp coriander seeds 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1-2 dried red chilies Sauf Black Pepper Cardamom Method: 1. Prepare Kadhai Masala: Heat a pan and dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, Sauf, Cardamom, Black Pepper and dried red chilies for 1-2 minutes. Grind them coarsely and set aside. 2. Cook Base Gravy: Add Ginger Heat ghee or oil in a kadhai (wok). Add diced tomatoes Add tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium flame until oil separates. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, the freshly prepared kadhai masala.
