4-Ingredient vegan, gluten-free Brownie. If you love tahini pumpkin dessert, you’ll absolutely love this “brownie”! I wondered if it could be made with sweet potato, and it turns out it works! 🙈 Let’s not call it “brownie” though... Let’s call it a soft, fiber-rich, fudgy flavor bomb 🍫💫Here’s the recipe. I doubled the ingredients below, but you can adjust them to your liking: 1 medium-sized cooked sweet potato(I cooked them in the air fryer, cut in half, and with the skin on. Once cooled, the skin peels off easily.) 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 4 tablespoons agave syrup or maple syrup 2/3 cup tahini(You can also use sugar-free peanut or hazelnut butter.) Mix everything until smooth. Transfer it into a small baking dish. You can drizzle a bit of tahini on top or sprinkle some dark chocolate chips 🍫.🔥 Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 35 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. It will be very hot right out of the oven, so let it cool a bit—this helps the texture set better.
