Prayer at the Hour of Mercy (Stations of the Cross) | February 26, 2021
Every Friday of Lent at 3:00pm the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy invite us to pray the Stations of the Cross. As the Lord Jesus said to St. Faustina - “At three o’clock implore My mercy, especially for sinners; and, if only for a brief moment, immerse yourself in My Passion (...)” (Diary 1320) - the subject matter of the Prayer at the Hour of Mercy is the mystery of the Passion of Our Lord. He himself encouraged us through St. Faustina to pray the Stations at 3:00pm, if possible (see “Diary”, 1572). During Lent we are especially invited to spend more time in prayer. Let us spend more time with Jesus meditating on His Passion on Fridays at 3:00pm. The Chaplet of Divine Mercy can be said in a different moment during the day.
