Upit or Uppittu || Rava Upma || Vegetable Sooji Upma Ingredients: Semolina (sooji), refined oil, udad dal, red chilli, cumin seeds, water, salt, cauliflower, carrot, green peas, turmeric powder Process: Step 1: In a pan put Sooji and semi fry it. Step 2: In another pan heat oil. Put udad dal, cumin seeds, red chilli. Stir it properly and let it fry for 5-7 mins. Then add vegetables and put turmeric powder. Mix it properly and let it fry for some time. Step 3: Then add water and salt to that fry. once the water starts boiling, add that semi-fried Sooji to that. Stir it for some time. Step 4: once it's done add Ghee to that which will make the stuff very soft. It is optional.
