
CHEESY ROASTED POTATOES
Ingredients; 3 - 5 Medium Gold Potatoes 3 Tbsp of Olive Oil Seasonings of Choice Fresh or Dried Chives Shredded Cheese of Choice Directions 1. Wash and dry potatoes and cut into quarters. 2. Add potatoes to a bowl and add olive oil and seasonings. 3. Mix well and add to a baking sheet. 4. Bake on 375 degrees for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, toss potatoes and turn oven up to 400 degrees for an additional 15 minutes. 5. When done, add to a casserole dish or leave on baking sheet and add chives and shredded cheese. 6. Place back in oven for 5 - 8 minutes to allow cheese to melt. 7. Remove from oven and serve hot. Enjoy!
