Ingredients: For making Aalu Ka Masala (aalu stuffing) 1 tablespoon oil 2 tablespoon peanuts 1 teaspoon cumin seeds a pinch of asofoetida (hing) 1 tablespoon of green chillies - finely chopped 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic 1 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger 2 medium sized onion - finely sliced salt as per taste 1 teaspoon red chilly powder 1 teaspoon dry mango powder 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds powder 1/2 teaspoon of Garam Masala Powder 1 small cup boiled peas Boiled and mashed potatoes 1 tablespoon of dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri Methi) fresh coriander leaves For making batter 150 grams of chickpea flour (besan) - approximately 2 small katoris salt as per taste 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon of red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon of meetha soda water as required Bread Slices (as required) Oil for frying Bread Pakoras.
