If you’re not doing the challenge, then I recommend you use the rice water once or twice a week only, it works well either way. You can add a few drops of peppermint oil into your rice water if you have one, for a better result, then use Jamaican Black castor oil mixed with coconut oil or any other essential oil to moisturize your hair afterwards Store the remaining rice water in the refrigerator, it keeps it fresh and helps to stop the fermentation process.
