( Sperm count for pregnancy) इस सवाल का जवाब देने वाले है | Normal sperm count to get pregnant जब कभी भी sperm के concetration की बात की जाती है तब वह WHO के reference standard के हिसाब से sperm count per ml में 15 million से ज्यादा sperm होने चाहिए तब जाके उसे normal कहा जाता है। सिर्फ sperm count ही महत्वपूर्ण नहीं है , प्रेग्नेंट होने केलिए sperm motility भी काफी महत्वपूर्ण है ३२% होनी चाहिए। जब sperm count और sperm motility के गुण ठीक होते है तब जाके डॉक्टर्स semen analysis को normal कहा जाता है। Pregnancy kaise hoti hai ? Intercourse के दौरान male partner sperm को vagina में ejaculate करते है। उनमेसे 50-60 % sperm , vagina में मर जाते है। उसमेसे थोड़े sperms cervix के fluid में अटक जाते है और उसके बाद जो बचते है वह अंदर uterus में पोहोच जाते है। उसमे भी थोड़े sperm uterus में मर जाते है। जो बचे है उनमेसे आधे स्पर्म एक tube और आधे दूसरे tube में चले जाते है। जब कभी भी उनमेसे egg के साथ मिलजाता है तब उसकी embryo बननेकी प्रक्रिया शुरू होती है। इसीलिए जब किसीका sperm count WHO के reference से कम होते है तब उस हालात में प्रेग्नेंट होना मुश्किल हो जाता है। क्योकि fallopian tube में जानेकेलिए sperm का पर्याप्त concentration नहीं होता और sperm motility न हो तो वह cervical mucus को पार नहीं कर पाएंगे। Sperm motility कम हो तो pregnancy के संभावनाएं बोहोत कम रहती है। Sperm count और sperm mortility ठीक हो तो आपके conception की सम्भावनाये अच्छी होती परन्तु इसके साथ ही साथ आपके female partner के सारे tests normal हो। For more information, watch the full video.
