Making gyudon in the Philippines is quite challenging. Premium meat is not easy available but there are some kitchen hacks to tenderize the meat. I love gyudon! This is my usual order in Japanese fastfood chains like Yoshinoya or Matsuya. I just love how easy it is to recreate in our very own kitchen.
