Grind the masala: Add all the whole spices, chilli powders, turmeric and salt. Add a little water and grind into a smooth paste. 2. Marinate the chicken: Coat the chicken with the masala paste and marinate for 30 minutes (If you’re in a hurry, you can cook immediately.) 3. Roast the onions: Heat oil in a pan and roast the sliced onions until golden brown and crispy. 4. Cook the chicken: Add the marinated chicken to the roasted onions.
