Mix: 1/2 c. Sourdough Discard (135g) 1/4 c. Olive oil (45g) 1/3 c. Water (75g) Add: 1 2/3 c. Flour (194g) 1/2 tsp salt (3g) Knead 2-5 mins until combined Cover and rest 30 mins or chill over night For large tortillas divide into 8 balls, for small divide into 12-18 balls (depending on size you want) flatten and roll into thin circle Cook on preheated, dry skillet on medium heat 30sec-1min per side Wrap in towel as completed.
