Restaurant Style Chicken Curry Ingredients : 7 Red Chillies 10 Cashewnuts 2 Tomatoes 3tbsp Oil 2 Onions 1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2tsp Turmeric Powder 1tsp K. Red Chilli Powder 1/2tbsp Coriander Powder 500g Chicken Salt as per taste 1/2tsp Garam Masala 200ml Water 1tsp Kasuri Methi Method : 1. Dry roast red chillies and cashewnuts for 2 - 3 mins on low flame. Grind to a fine powder. Add tomatoes in it and grind to fine paste. 2. Heat oil in a vessel. Add onions. Saute for 5 - 6 mins till light golden brown. 3. Add ginger garlic paste. Saute for 2 mins. 4. Add turmeric, red chilli and coriandet powder. Mix well. Add little water and cook till oil separates. 5. Add chicken and cook on medium high flame for 5 - 7 mins. 6. Add paste and mix well. Add salt and cook for 7 to 8 mins till oil separates. 7. Add garam masala and mix well. Add water and bring to a boil. 8. Cover with lid and cook for 15 mins till chicken is completely cooked. 9. Add kasuri methi and mix well 10.
