The best-stuffed jerk crab salmon recipe. Serve this for dinner, date night, private events, or parties. This recipe will not disappoint you. **Ingredients: 4 Salmon filets 1/2 cup medium shrimp 1/3 cup Phillip's Crab 1- 8 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature) 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup Gouda cheese 3 tbsp. of unsalted butter 4 tbsp. chopped scallion 4 tbsp. chopped red onion 4 tbsp. chopped red bell pepper 2 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped 2 sun-dried tomatoes chopped 2 cloves of chopped garlic 1 tsp. dried chives 1 tsp. dried parsley 5 strips of bacon ( cooked and chopped) 1-2 tbsp. jerk seasoning 1- cast iron skillet pan ___________________________________________________________________________________________ **Seasoning for shrimp, salmon, and filling 2 tsp. smoked paprika 1 tsp. black pepper, 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. garam marsala 1 tsp. coriander powder You can use cajun seasoning of your choice for shrimp, salmon, and filling mixture. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ ***Instruction: 1. Wash shrimp with vinegar 2. Pat shrimp dry and add seasoning & 2 tsp. of Jerk seasoning. 3. In a skillet pan, melt butter, sauté shrimps, scallions, sun-dried tomatoes, red bell pepper, red onion, parsley, and garlic. 4. In a separate bowl, add cream cheese, cooked shrimp and sauteed scallion, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, red bell pepper, garlic, parsley, and chives 5. Add crab, cooked and chopped bacon, remainder of jerk seasoning, parmesan, and gouda cheese 6. Add the juice of one lemon 7. Season salmon fillets and add filling. Add to skillet with melted butter.
