Trust me guys this is the best chilli chicken recipe for special occasions. So guys if you don't no about Indian Schezwan pepper . This is a Himalayan pepper. Commonly used in Tibet, Bhutan, Nepal, china, and North East Indian states. Recipe for chicken marinate. Chicken breast/ leg boneless 250 gm Egg 1 no Dark soya sauce 1/2 tsp Aromatic powder or salt 2 pinch Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes ⏰ For Schezwan pepper and chilli powder. Dry red chilli 20-30 nos Schezwan pepper 1 tsp Oil 1/2 tsp On medium heat add oil chilli, and pepper Saute for 20-40 second. Cool down and make little coarse powder with blender. To make chilli paste. Dry red chilli 20-30 piece Star anise 1 -2 piece Bring into boil with water until soft. Cool down and make fine paste. To keep longer. On Pan add good amount of oil Add chopped ginger, garlic, celery, onion. Cook for 10- 15 minutes. Add spoon of vinegar. Keep in refrigerat use up to 1 week. To cook chilli chicken.
