Yummiest Lemon Cake! Ingredients 🌸 1 cup sugar 2 tbsp lemon zest 2 tbsp lemon juice 3 eggs ( room temperature ) 1/2 cup oil 3/4 cup unsweetened yogurt ( room temperature ) 1 and 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda And a pinch of salt Take a bowl and add eggs and sugar , mix until sugar gets completely dissolved! Now add oil , mix well and add yogurt! Mix gently and add all dry ingredients! Transfer into mould and , Bake this in pre heated oven at 170 for 35 to 40 minutes! Or until toothpick comes out clean!
