First we have a fruit smoothie with oats and protein powder to start off the day, then right before going to the gym I have 2 kiwi, and half a teaspoon of salt and potassium for some quick electrolytes. Then immediately upon finishing my workout, I drink 2 scoops of protein powder and 8 grams of creatine, which is now completely free with code “MAXE” upon the purchase of at least 1 item on the myprotein website. Next meal is greek yogurt, nuts, and mixed berries with a touch of honey right when I get home from the gym, and then finally time for some real food, beef and rice with cheese and mustard, and a side of 2 sliced apples. After that we have some more beef, this time with pasta, mozzarella cheese, and garlic pasta sauce. And then for the final big meal of the day, grilled chicken, air fried potatoes with olive oil and a little bit of ketchup. Unfortunately it does not end there, because we still have over 1000 calories left to eat, which is then filled with 100 grams of peanut butter, 1 more banana, and 1 of whatever dessert my mom decides to make that week. This week was vanilla cherry cake with oreo and cream cheese frosting. Then a glass of egg whites before bed, and the day is complete.
