Wash and peel the potato. Cut it vertically into half. Then slice the potato into thick sticks shape. Keep into water. 2. Now strain it and transfer it to a bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, mixed herbs, and corn flour. Mix well. 3. Add some drops of water. Mix well with your hand. 4. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan for frying on high flame. Keep the flame low and place potato sticks into the hot oil. 5. Fry them on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes until they become crispy and golden brown. 6. Once done. Take out it into a serving plate. 7. 'Spicy French Fries' is ready to be served.
