Healthy Mini Oats Cakes- 3 Ways | Eggless, No Microwave, No Oven | Baked Oats With Vegan Option

So when you crave for just a slice of cake with your coffee, do try these healthy and yummy Mini Oats Cakes ! They come in three amazing flavors-chocolate, banana and apple! These Mini Cakes are gluten and refined sugar free and make for a perfect portion for single person. The best part is you don’t require an oven or a microwave to bake them, they can be easily made in a pan 😃. INGREDIENTS CHOCOLATE CAKE 👇 *3 tbsp Oat flour (Make oat flour by grinding some oats in a blender, into a fine powder ) *1 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa powder *1/4 tsp Baking powder *1 1/2 tbsp Honey or pure Maple syrup for vegan option *1 tbsp Oil *1 tbsp Soya Milk or any milk of your choice *1/4 tsp Vanilla extract or essence *some dark Chocolate chips( I have used 50% dark ) INGREDIENTS BANANA CAKE 👇 *4 tbsp Oat flour ( Make oat flour by grinding some oats in a blender, into a fine powder ) *1/4 tsp Baking powder *2 tbsp mashed Banana *1 tbsp vegetable Oil *1 tbsp Honey or pure Maple syrup for vegan option *1 tbsp Soya Milk or any milk of your choice *1/4 tsp Vanilla extract or essence *some finely chopped Pistachios INGREDIENTS APPLE CAKE 👇 *4 tbsp Oat flour ( Make oat flour by grinding some oats in a blender into a fine powder ) *1/4 tsp Baking powder *2 tbsp grated Apple *1 tbsp vegetable Oil *1 tbsp Honey or pure Maple syrup for vegan option *1 tbsp Soya Milk or any milk of your choice *1/4 tsp Cinnamon *some Raisins or dried Berries *Make sure to - Preheat the kadai - Keep the kadai on low heat, cover it and let it heat for 10 minutes before baking the cakes. INSTRUCTIONS CHOCOLATE CAKE 1- In a heatproof small bowl, add oil and honey and give a good mix. 2- Now add oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla extract and milk, and mix gently until well combined. 3- Top it up with dark chocolate chips. Place the bowl on a baking tray and set aside. INSTRUCTIONS BANANA CAKE 1- In a small heatproof bowl, add mashed bananas, oil and honey, and give a good mix. 2- Now add oat flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and milk, and mix gently till well combined. 3- Top it up with pistachios, place it on a baking tray along with chocolate cake and set aside. INSTRUCTIONS APPLE CAKE 1- In a small heatproof bowl, add grated apple, oil and honey, and give a good mix. 2- Now add oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder and milk, and mix gently till well combined. 3- Top it up with raisins, place it on a baking tray along with rest of the bowls. Finally, place a metal stand in the kadai. Keep the baking tray on top of it. Now place the bowls, cover the kadai and let them cook for 35-40 minutes. Once baked insert a toothpick in the centre of the cakes, if it doesn’t come clean cook the cakes for some more time.
