EPISODE 1: TOMATO & BUTTERNUT SOUP 🍂 Aka: the soup of my childhood, but gentler on the stomach! And what was your favorite soup? INGREDIENTS: 4-5 tomatoes 1/2 butternut squash 1 onion 1 head of garlic 1-2 sprigs of thyme 1 tsp sweet paprika Salt & pepper Oil 1L boiling water + 1 vegetable stock cube 2 slices of bread Comté + Beaufort + Emmental (3 low-lactose cheeses) Butter (vegetable here, but you can use whatever you like) A little lemon juice 1. Chop, season, and cook your vegetables for 40-45 minutes at 180°C (350°F). 2. Dissolve the stock in the boiling water. 3. Blend the vegetables with the broth and adjust the seasoning. You can strain it through a strainer if there are any pieces of tomato skin. 4.
