Recipe of flower samosa:- 1. Make a soft dough using maida, salt 2 tbsp refined oil and water 2. For potato stuffing take 2 boiled potatoes, 1 chopped onion, and chopped green chilli, half tbsp salt, half tbsp turmeric powder and half tbsp garam masala 3. Make a small roti of the dough and put potato filling in centre 4. Cover with other equal size roti and make cuts as shown 5. Apply water on the edges and make a flower shape as shown 6.
