💥 Still foam rolling that piriformis? . ❌ If you are ONLY foam rolling your piriformis or low back expecting a miracle then you are missing the boat! Sure foam rolling feels good, and thats fine if you enjoy it, but very rarely will it produce any actual results. The only evidence to support it is temporary change in range of motion!
