Crispy Potato Wedges Recipe | Mins Vlog

Hello in today video we will show you all how to make crispy potato wedges. Do try this recipe at home and share your feedback in the comment section. Ingredients: 1.Half boiled potatoes 7-8 2.Crushed garlic cloves 7-8 3. Oregano 1/2tsp 4.Chilli flakes 1/2tsp 5.Black pepper 1/2tsp 6.salt 1/2tsp 7.oil 1tsp Method of preparation: Firstly half boiled the potatoes and let it cool down for 3-5 mins. After cooling cut the potatoes into the wedges shape. Take a bowl add the potato wedges, crushed garlic cloves oregano,chilli flakes,black pepper,salt & oil mix it well. Now transfer it into a baking tray per heat and bake at 180c for 15 mins. And enjoy it with mayonnaise or tomato chutney.
