This rumchata easy homemade recipe starts with a homemade horchata Today we are learning how to make homemade Rumchata, Horchata's boozy big sister! Rumchata is a drink traditionally made from rice, water, and almonds. The recipe we are making today is from my good friend Vino, over at @CoachVinoLLC . When I saw Vino's version, I knew it was going to be worth trying! So today, we are making Vino's Rumchata, and then we are making two variations on this rumchata: one horchata with brown rice, and another horchata with coconut cream for a dairy free version.
