Get my vegan oil free ebooks for maximum weight loss - https://www.broccolimum.com/ebooks Potato Wrap Recipe: Ingredients 2 medium potatoes, sliced & soaked 2 tbsp chickpea flour 2-3 tbsp water Salt to taste Nutritional yeast Tofu tikka: 1/4 of a block of extra firm tofu (frozen & defrosted for amazing texture) 2 tbsp vegan soy yogurt 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/4 tsp turmeric 1/2 a lemon juiced Pinch of salt Indian inspired sauce: 2 tbsp vegan soy yogurt 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 a lemon juiced Pinch of salt Extras: Lettuce Cucumber Tomato 1. Slice your potatoes nice and thin. You could use a mandolin if you wanna be fancy! Soak in cold water to rinse off the extra starch. Pat dry and lay on parchment paper so they are slightly overlapping and make a wrap shape. 2. Mix chickpea flour, water and salt and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and pop into the oven for 20-25 mins at 180 Celsius or until cooked & golden brown but not too crispy. 3. Tear your tofu apart and add in the yogurt, spices, lemon juice & salt. Mix well and oven or air fry for 20 mins or until crispy. 4. Mix your sauce ingredients and then it’s time to put your wrap together with your favourite fillings 👌 I am uploading these videos in the hopes that it inspires you and reassures you that you can this way no matter how busy or crazy your life is.
