This sausage, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich is fantastic for weight loss and muscle building. And it is so quick and easy to make you could have it almost every day. Ingredients: 92g Liquid Egg Whites 50g Fat Free Shredded Cheddar 2 slices Bettergoods Wheat Keto Bread 1 Great Value Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Patty 2 slices fat free American cheese 1g Garlic Salt .5g Black Pepper Sriracha to taste (optional - zero calories) Hot Sauce (zero calories) I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray (zero calories) Cooking Spray (zero calories) Preheat a 10 inch skillet just below medium heat. Mix egg whites, shredded cheddar, garlic salt, pepper and optional sriracha together in a bowl. Place bread on a paper towel and spray one side of each slice of bread with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray, then flip over buttered side down. Place a slice of fat free American cheese on each slice of bread. Spray skillet with cooking spray and pour egg white mixture evenly into the skillet, then cover with a lid to cook. While eggs cook, microwave the frozen turkey sausage patty for 1 minute, turning every 20 seconds. When sausage is hot, place it on top of the American cheese on one of the slices of bread. When egg whites are fully cooked, fold into quarters and place on top of the sausage. Pick up the other slice of bread and cheese and place it on top of the egg to finish building the sandwich. Spray the skillet once more and place the sandwich in the center of the skillet. Cook until one side is golden brown, then flip until the other side is done.
