Aloha Power Yoga! If you have been wanting a good 60 minute power yoga class with intermediate to advanced poses that also challenges your balance, this class might be for you. We flow but we also hold poses to focus on strengthening the hips, thighs, glutes and back. Some sequences have repetition and some sequences hold poses like Warrior 2. We explore twists, squats, lunges and much more. Join me in this intense but humbling and very grounding practice as we focus from the root, up, moving in challenging moments with breath and awareness.
