😍High-Protein Diet Ideas: Oven-Roasted Chicken with Chickpea Salad and Yogurt Sauce 🥑 Nutritional Information (per 100g): • Calories: Approximately 120 kcal • Protein: Around 20g • Carbohydrates: Roughly 10g • Fat: About 2.5g Preparation Time: 70 min Ingredients:🌶🍗🥑🫒 • 400g Chicken Breast, diced • 1 green capsicum, chopped • 1 red capsicum, chopped • 2 mini capsicums, chopped • 2 tbsp olive oil • 420g chickpeas, cooked • 20 cherry tomatoes • Half avocado, diced • Half cup boiled quinoa • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt Instructions: 🥘 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). 2. Season diced chicken with a mixture of 1 tbsp garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Place on parchment paper in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. 3. While chicken is baking, mix chopped vegetables with salt and pepper, and add them to the baking dish. Return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes. 4. In a separate dish, mix cooked chickpeas with the same spices and 1 tbsp olive oil. Roast in the oven at 180°C until slightly crispy. 5. Combine roasted chickpeas with diced avocado, boiled quinoa, and the baked chicken and veggies. 6.
