Sausage Rolls haven’t quite reached the transatlantic fame of Fish & Chips or a full Irish Breakfast - but they should. Ours are made with Cumberland Sausages, diligently taste-tested and sourced from Myers of Keswick. They’re wrapped in crispy Irish Back Bacon and buttery Puff Pastry, with Colman’s Mustard Aioli and Branston Pickle for dipping. If you’ve had it, you’ll understand. And if you haven’t, you should.
