This no-bake dessert is super simple to make and always hits the spot. 3-ingredient High Protein Chocolate Mousse INGREDIENTS 14 oz silken tofu (one pack) 6 oz(3/4 cup) dark chocolate melted 2-3 tbsp maple syrup or to taste INSTRUCTIONS Use a double boiler or microwave the chocolate to melt. I used vegan chocolate chips by @enjoylifefoods Add the silken tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup to a food processor and blend until smooth (takes about 30-60 seconds). Transfer into small mason jars or ramekins and enjoy!
