Join us in praying the Sorrowful Mysteries of the Holy Rosary every Friday, as we reflect on the Passion and sacrifice of Jesus Christ. These sacred mysteries lead us through the suffering of our Lord, helping us deepen our faith, grow in love, and unite our struggles with Christ’s sacrifice. Through the Rosary, we seek God’s grace, peace, and mercy in our lives. 📿 Let us pray together and meditate on Christ’s Passion! 📖 The 5 Sorrowful Mysteries (Prayed on Fridays & Tuesdays): 1️⃣ The Agony in the Garden (Luke 22:39-46) Jesus, knowing the suffering He must endure, prays in the Garden of Gethsemane. He surrenders to the Father’s will, even in His deepest anguish. 🙏 Reflection: Lord, help me trust in You and surrender my fears, just as Jesus did in the Garden. 2️⃣ The Scourging at the Pillar (John 19:1) Jesus is cruelly whipped by the soldiers, enduring intense pain for the sins of the world. His suffering teaches us patience and perseverance. 🙏 Reflection: Jesus, may Your sacrifice strengthen me to resist temptation and remain faithful to You. 3️⃣ The Crowning with Thorns (Matthew 27:29) Jesus is mocked and crowned with thorns, suffering humiliation and pain. He bears this suffering with love and humility. 🙏 Reflection: Lord, help me embrace humility and remain faithful in times of trial. 4️⃣ The Carrying of the Cross (Luke 23:26-32) Jesus carries the heavy cross to Calvary, falling under its weight. Simon of Cyrene helps Him, reminding us that we must also help one another bear life’s burdens. 🙏 Reflection: Jesus, grant me the strength to carry my crosses with faith and to help others in their struggles. 5️⃣ The Crucifixion and Death of Jesus (Luke 23:33-46) Jesus is nailed to the Cross and gives His life for our salvation. His final words express forgiveness, love, and surrender to the Father. 🙏 Reflection: Lord, thank You for Your sacrifice. Help me live with gratitude and faith in Your redeeming love. 🌿 Why Pray the Sorrowful Mysteries? The Sorrowful Mysteries remind us of Jesus’ deep love and sacrifice.
