Left Nostril Breathing #Shorts
Breathwork: Left Nostril Breathing You can come to the floor in a cross-legged position or sit on a chair. Sit up tall and straight. Block the right nostril with the right thumb. The four fingers are pointed up. You can rest your left hand on your knee or bring to a preferred mudra, such as gyan mudra (index touching the thumb). Do long deep breaths. Continue for 1 - 3 min. Benefits: This is a great technique to use for soothing the mind and bringing calmness. The left side of our body relates with the moon, which provides cleansing, calming, sensitive, and empathetic energy. Breathing through the left nostril affects the right hemisphere of the brain, helping us ease anxiety and mental chatter. *If you enjoy this type of exercise and would like to see more related videos, be sure to like, comment, and subscribe.
