Ingredients 🌸 For dough : 1 1/2 cups flour 1 tbsp yeast Pinch of salt 2 tbsp oil Luke warm water ( as required ) Mix altogether and make soft fine dough. Not sticky. Cover and rest the dough for 45 minutes minimum. Meanwhile make filling of your choice , it can be potato or chicken filling , anything you want! According to your choice. ( and respect your choice 😁 ) I added spicy chicken!! Made with basic spices followed by some hot sauces. Now follow the steps accordingly add your favourite filling and give it a perfect shape. Rest it for five to ten minutes! ( it will help in rising the dough perfectly! If you guys don’t have patience , don’t rest it ) Now apply eggwash , black seeds on the top along with oregano!! Now bake this at 160C degrees in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until done! ( check it by yourself!!! 🤌🏻 ) Take them out carefully and apply some butter!
