This is a great 10 minute Beginner Home Workout that will help you start building muscle with the little extra resistance from the dumbbell. This workout was created for my clients who are stuck at home in quarantine. If you are a little more advanced, you can still make this workout challenging. Just increase the weight, and repeat it 3-4 times through! Or you could order them individually. The weight you use one the 1 arms rows, goblet squats, dumbbell pullovers and the romanian deadlifts can be the same. You can go a little lighter on the concentration curls, and then you will more than likely drop down even a little lighter on the kickbacks as that exercise won't take as much weight to do it properly I do recommend that you at least get a bench. This is the one used in the video. DO NOT buy the cheapest bench for $60.
