Brown Bread/White Bread- 4 Slices 2. Button Mushroom- 4-5 (Washed & Sliced) 3. Onion/Peyaz - 1 Medium (Thinly Sliced) 4. Lehsun/Garlic -1.5 Tsp (Chopped) 5. Black Pepper/Kaali Mirch Powder-1/2 Tsp 6. Salt/Namak - As per taste 7. Cheese Slice - 1 8. Butter- 1 Tsp 9. Oil/Tel- 1 Tsp Method:- 1. Boil sliced mushrooms for about 3-4 minutes in low flame, then strain. 2. Heat oil & butter in a pan. 3. Add mushroom, onion & garlic. 4. Add Salt & Black Pepper, mix well & cook for about 3-4 minutes in low to medium flame. Cool down the mixture. 5. Apply butter on a slice of brown bread & fill the mixture. 6. Add cheese slices & put another bread slice on top. Repeat the same with the other two bread slices. You can add one whole cheese slice or else divide one cheese slice into two & use. 7. Grill the sandwich in a sandwich maker or else toast the sandwich on a tawa & serve hot.
