How To Make Instant Pot Ham And Lentil Soup: Quick, Easy, And Delicious!

Here's my Instant Pot Ham Hock and Lentil Soup Recipe - using the pressure cooker for Ham Hocks makes this low cost meat even more frugal as it is so quick to cook and gives a huge amount of stock too. Just perfect for this soup! There's usually lots of meat leftover when we cook ham hocks so I've also included some leftover ideas for you at the end and a quick look at my favourite ham hock bagel.
