Mix all the ingredients well and make tikkis , roast it from both sides. Serve hot with any homemade chutney. RECIPE 2 - Protein Rich Bread-less Sandwich ==================================== 1 cup Sprouts 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped capsicum 1-2 chopped green chilli 5-6 cloves garlic 1 inch ginger Cumin powder 1 tsp Chilli powder 1/2 tsp Chat masala 1 tsp Salt as per taste Add Besan or Sattu 2 tbsp Mix all the ingredients well .Add the mixture into the sandwich maker and add paneer cover it again with sprouts mixture .Roast from both sides on low flame till golden brown Cut it and Serve hot with any homemade chutney.
