Fruits & Nuts Oats Cookies

Ingredients- No sugar, no maida (flour), No Baking soda or powder 2 Ripe Bananas 1 Apple Walnuts, Almonds and Chocochips (Handful) 1 cup plain oats 1/4th cup Peanut butter for binding 1/4th cup honey/maple syrup for binding and balancing sugar Pinch of cinnamon, salt and Vanilla flavour for taste In a bowl mash the bananas and add chopped apples, dry fruits and chocochips. Now add, peanut butter, oats, salt, cinnamon, vanila, honey. Mix them well. No need to add baking powder or baking soda, as these are soft cookies and easily baked. (You can add a pinch of baking powder too) Bake them at 325 degree F for 22 minutes. Please keep an eye and if required flip the cookies. Make sure you don't burn the base of the cookies.
