#laukikisabji#ghiyasabji#sabji#sabzi Please click here for Playlist of Recipes by Founder of Zayka Ka Tadka Vijay Haldiya: • Recipes by Vijay Haldiya Please click here for the Playlist of Recipes by Shveta Sheth: • Recipes by Shveta Sheth Please click here for Playlist of Recipes by Archana Chakravarthy: • Recipes by Archana Chakravarthy Lauki ki Sabji Ingredients Oil - 1 tablespoon Mustard seeds/Rai - 1 teaspoon Split black geam/Urad dal - 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida powder/Hing powder - a pinch Turmeric powder/Haldi powder - 1/ 2 teaspoon Green chili/Hari mirch - 2 slits Curry leaves - a few Bottle gourd/Lauki - 1/2 no chopped Salt - to taste Milk - 1/2 cup Rice flour - 1 tablespoon Black peppercorn powder/Kali mirch - 1 teaspoon Sugar - to taste Fresh coconut/Nariyal - 1/2 cup grated Water - as required Coriander leaves - to garnish Instructions 1.Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Put the mustard seeds, urad dal, hing powder, turmeric powder, green chili slits, curry leaves, chopped lauki and salt to taste. Saute well. Cover and cook for 1 minute. 2.In a bowl, take milk. Put the rice flour, black peppercorn powder and mix well. Add this mixture to the pan. Put sugar and grated fresh coconut. Add some water and mix well. 3.Cover the sabji and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame. Garnish with coriander leaves. 4.The Lauki ki Sabji is ready to be served. Lauki ki Sabji is a traditional recipe. Lauki ki Sabji is a easy and different dish. It is a completely new version of lauki sabji. Moreover, it is a no onion no garlic dish. The preparation requires milk, which makes the dish creamy in texture. Along with the milk, it requires black peppercorn powder and rice flour, which imparts a slight spicy flavor.
