Joyful Family Cooking Mini Kunafa - Delicious and Pretty Little Dessert .500g shredded phyllo dough •1 cup butter, melted Semolina Pudding 1/2 cup milk .3/4 cup heavy cream •3 tablespoons sugar .3 tablespoons coarse semolina .1 teaspoon cornstarch .1 teaspoon water .1 teaspoon rose water For Cheese Filling 400g mozzarella cheese, chopped Syrup .2 1/2 cups granulated sugar •1 1/4 cups water •Freshly squeezed lemon juice •1 tablespoon rose water •1 tablespoon orange blossom water Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tin or any mold with butter. 2. Place sugar, water, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir briefly, then let it boil. Reduce to low and simmer for 10 minutes until the syrup thickens. Remove from heat, add rose water and orange blossom water, stir, and let it cool. 3. Melt butter in a pan, then add coarse semolina, sugar, milk, and cream. Dissolve cornstarch in water and mix in. Stir in rose water and set aside. 4. Chop the shredded phyllo dough and place in a bowl, mix with butter until well coated. Fill the muffin tin halfway and press down slightly. Add 2 tablespoons of semolina pudding and a spoonful of cheese in the middle, then add more on top and press firmly. 5. Bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
