After finding out there’s an hour wait, I take you on a sightseeing walk through Dotonbori, one of Japan’s most iconic streets — full of lights, energy, and delicious smells everywhere. Once my turn at Ichiran is called, I experience their unique solo dining booths and some of the best ramen you’ll ever taste.
