My mom's special Cucumber Cream Cheese Sandwich! 🥪 🥒

Perfect for picnics, tea time, tiffin or any house party !! 🤩 Recipe :- Here's what you'll need : ( makes 6-7 sandwiches) For the filling : 1/2-3/3 cup cream cheese 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp finely chopped mint optional 3 tbsp finely chopped coriander 3 tbsp finely chopped dill (highly recommended) Salt & pepper to taste 1/2 tsp lime juice 1/2 tsp lime zest • simply mix all the ingredients and set aside. • this filling is enough for 6-7 sandwiches. To assemble: • use super soft white bread, cut the crusts off. • spread a generous amount of spread on all the slices. • arrange thinly sliced cucumbers all over the bread and seal with another slice of bread. For 6 sandwiches I used 1 large English cucumber. • cut into rectangles or triangles and serve with a hot cup of tea.
