Please comment recipe to get detailed recipe in your DM #instantlunch #multilayeredlifafaparatha #easyrecipes.#zaykakatadka #mummy #unedited #viralreels #paneer Ingredients 1) Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp 2) Salt - As per taste 3) Cumin Seeds / Jeera - 1/2 tsp 4) Dry Mango Powder / Amchur Powder - 1/4 tsp 5) Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - A handful 6) Green Chilli / Hari Mirchi - 1 Finely chopped 7) Cottage Cheese / Paneer - 1/4 Cup Grated 8) Whole Wheat Dough / Gehu Ka Aata - As required 9) Clarified Butter / Ghee - As required 10) tsp = teaspoon Instructions 1) Take a small ball sized wheat dough and make a round shaped circular peda from the dough. Dust it with flour and roll a peda to make a roti. 2) Apply ghee on it and sprinkle red chilli powder, salt, cumin seeds and dry mango powder. Now fold the left and right parts of the paratha. Now fold the upper and lower sides. Dust it with flour and roll it as a square shaped paratha. 3) Again apply ghee on it and sprinkle coriander leaves and green chilli. Then fold the left and right parts of the paratha. Now fold the upper and lower sides. Dust it with flour and roll it as a square shaped paratha. 4) Now apply ghee on it and add coriander leaves, paneer and salt. Then fold the left and right parts of the paratha. Now fold the upper and lower sides. Dust it with flour and roll it as a square shaped paratha. 5) Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Place the paratha on it and cook it on a medium flame. Flip the paratha and cook it well from both sides by applying ghee to it. 6) Once it is done, take it out on a serving plate. 7) 'Multi Layered Lifafa Paratha' is ready to be served
