Tank Pressure Tester System

Tank Pressure Tester System: Jewett Automation designed and built this Tank Pressure Tester to accept shells which are manually loaded into an infeed chute then load those shells onto a transport slide using a walking beam. The transport slide is used to move 16 shells at a time, eight shells from the infeed walking beam to the pressure test station and eight shells from the pressure test station to an offload position. The pressure test station will use eight test heads to perform a pressure test on a range of shell sizes.
