OREO RICE KRISPIES Ingredients: 20 Oreo cookies 1 stick unsalted butter 2 bags mini marshmallows 1 tsp vanilla extract pinch of salt 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal mini Oreo cookies (optional) Instructions: Break up full size Oreo cookies with a knife and set aside. In a large pot, melt butter and add in vanilla, salt, and marshmallows. Mix until melted and well combined. Turn off heat and add crushed Oreo cookies. Mix well. Top with Rice Krispies cereal and mix until well combined. Transfer mixture to parchment-lined square baking pan and top with mini Oreo cookies.
