Simple ingredients, heavenly taste, the ultimate vanilla cake recipe made without eggs 💛 Once you try this recipe, you’ll never look back 🥰 🌼 Measurements:- ⁠100g butter (at room temperature) 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp caster sugar ½ tsp vanilla extract ¼ cup + 1 tbsp yogurt or thick beaten curd 1¼ cups all-purpose flour (maida) 1 tap baking powder 1 tsp baking soda ½ cup warm milk 🌼 Steps:- ⁠Mix yogurt with baking soda, let it sit for 5 mins, you will see it becomes foamy, Cream butter, sugar, vanilla extract, ⁠add baking soda and curd mixture, mix well Now sift in flour & baking powder, (add only half on the flour) mix well Finally add warm milk and the remaining flour, mix until there are no lumps, Transfer the batter to the baking tim, Tap the tin to remove air bubbles. Bake for 35–40 minutes at 180C in a preheated oven 🔥 You have to cool the cake completely before cutting into it, and enjoy 😍
